How to Stuff a Holiday Tango

Step 1.  First, you need a Tango (I have one who's up for grabs......)

Step 2.  Now that you have one, you need to catch him (good luck!)

Step 3.  Introduce him to your kitchen and show him how nice and bright and WARM it is in there.....

Step 4.   Let him pick out the prettiest "Tango" platter in the kitchen

Step 5.   Share a spot of wine with him (extra flavoring, you know) and pop up some popcorn in the microwave (makes great stuffing)

(in the meantime, get the Stove Top stuffing mix pulled out and stirred up so it's ready when he is)

Step 6.   While the stove is warming up, have a conversation with Tango, make him feel more comfortable.
(I just hate eating tough meat from a stressed animal!)

Step 7.   After he's had enough wine (the slush!), he'll be relaxed and ready to put to bed in the "Tango Pot".  Instead of blankets, just turn up the heat in the oven a little bit.  Sprinkle holiday spice and baste with natural juices to keep meat tender.

Step 8.   Soon you will smell the delicious aroma of your Holiday Tango permeating the whole house as he slowly cooks to a golden brown color and crispy skin!

Step 9.   While Holiday Tango is cooking, organize the rest of the meal.  Stuffing, corn (his favorite), cranberry jelly, green bean casserole (my favorite), sweet potatoes with marshmallow topping, applesauce, and pumpkin pie (did I leave out anything?)

Step 10.   Prepare the guests for a most delicious Holiday meal.... I'm sure if they're in the house, they can smell the aroma and are already drooling.
